Starting (or continuing) a GLP-1 journey is a medical decision, and having clear support matters. At XMD, support is designed to be accessible, professional, and provider-guided, so you never feel like you’re navigating this alone.

How Client Support
Works at XMD

Your care is supported through a combination of:

  • Licensed U.S. medical providers

  • A structured telehealth system

  • A dedicated customer support team

 

XMD does not operate through offshore call centers for medical care. Your evaluation, prescription decisions, and clinical guidance are handled by licensed providers within the United States.

Medical Support
& Provider Care

All medical decisions — including:

  • Medication approval

  • Dosing

  • Adjustments

  • Side-effect management

  • Ongoing care

are handled by licensed U.S. medical providers.

 

If a provider determines additional support is needed (such as anti-nausea medication, dose changes, or labs), they will guide those decisions based on your individual needs.

Customer Support Assistance

Customer support can assist with:

  • Account questions

  • Order status

  • Shipping inquiries

  • Portal navigation

  • General non-medical questions

 

Support is designed to help you move smoothly through the process while keeping medical decisions where they belong — with licensed providers.

Shipping & Fulfillment Support
